Terms of Service.

JobReady is a service of The Vantage 360 Company Limited, a management consultancy registered in Nigeria (RC 1825672). Where these terms refer to “JobReady”, “we”, or “us”, we mean The Vantage 360 Company Limited operating the JobReady service.
These terms are the agreement between you and JobReady when you use our website, candidate tools, recruiter workspace, communications features, and related services. By creating an account, buying a plan, or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use JobReady.
1. What JobReady is
JobReady is a software platform for both jobseekers and hiring teams. On the candidate side, we analyse CVs, suggest rewrites, generate mock interviews, and produce coaching outputs. On the hirer side, we support recruiter workspaces, candidate screening, shortlist collaboration, workflow emails, exports, reports, and related hiring operations. Some outputs are produced by large language models and are intended to support decision-making, preparation, and workflow efficiency. They are not legal, employment, immigration, medical, or financial advice, and they are not a guarantee of any job or hiring outcome.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your email inbox secure because we sign you in with magic links.
- Accounts are personal to the named user. Do not share logins or allow unauthorized people to use your access.
- If you create or manage a recruiter workspace, you confirm you are authorized to act for that organisation or hiring team.
3. Candidate plans, recruiter plans, and payment
- Candidate subscriptions renew monthly and include the credits, limits, and features shown on the plans page. Unused recurring plan credits do not roll over unless we explicitly say otherwise.
- Candidate top-up credits purchased separately do not expire while the account remains active, unless a promotion says otherwise. Free signup-bonus credits expire 30 days after the grant if unused.
- Recruiter and hirer plans renew monthly and include the workspace, opening, seat, screening, export, and communications limits shown in the HR product.
- We may add, remove, or change plan limits, feature gates, and fair-use protections over time. Material changes will be communicated prospectively.
- Prices are shown in USD or NGN depending on your region or billing flow. Taxes may apply.
- Payments are processed by Stripe or Paystack. We do not see or store full card details.
4. Refunds
Subscriptions are billed up-front. We do not offer automatic refunds for unused credits, unused screening capacity, or unused time remaining in a billing cycle, but if something has clearly gone wrong, email support@jobreadyapp.com and we will make it right. UK and EU consumers retain their statutory rights.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the relevant billing area inside the product. You keep access until the end of the paid period unless we state otherwise. You can delete your account from your profile or by emailing us.
6. Recruiter workspace data and communications
If you use JobReady as a hirer, recruiter, hiring manager, agency user, career-service user, or other hiring-side operator, you agree that:
- you will only upload or process candidate CVs, notes, scores, communications, and other personal data when you have the right to do so;
- you are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and appropriateness of the candidate and organisation information you submit;
- you will not use JobReady to discriminate unlawfully or make fully automated decisions where human review is required by law;
- recruiter-facing AI summaries, fit scores, shortlist notes, interview questions, and gap analyses are assistive only and must be reviewed by a human before action is taken;
- candidate-facing emails sent through JobReady are your communications, even when JobReady provides templates or delivery infrastructure;
- we may use organisation profile and usage data to provision your workspace, improve onboarding, support billing, prevent fraud, maintain security, and understand product demand.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload content that is not yours or that you do not have permission to share;
- use JobReady to harass, defraud, or deceive anyone;
- attempt to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, or to extract the underlying models;
- use JobReady to send spam, phishing, or deceptive hiring communications;
- resell or repackage the output as your own product, except where we expressly permit platform or agency workflows.
We can suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or submit, subject to any rights belonging to candidates, employers, or other third parties. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, transform, score, export, and display that content only so we can provide the service, secure it, support you, improve product operations, and comply with law. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models as part of their general training corpus, and we do not sell your content.
9. Organisation and onboarding information
When you create or manage a recruiter workspace, we may ask for organisation name, workspace name, sender display name, company size, hiring-team size, expected volume, and related setup details. We use this information to provision the workspace, personalize the product, improve onboarding, support sales and customer success, maintain billing records, and understand which types of teams the product is serving. You should only provide information that is accurate and that you are allowed to share with us.
10. Our content
The design, code, copy, brand, and software of JobReady are ours. You may use the outputs we generate for you, including rewritten CVs, coaching reports, recruiter summaries, and workflow exports, for your own lawful personal or business use.
11. Disclaimers
JobReady is provided “as is”. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, so always review it before relying on it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific interview results, candidate quality, hiring outcomes, or employment outcomes.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes
If we change these terms in a material way we will email you or notify you in-product. Continued use after the change means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
